Service Management Software
Security Corporation utilizes an advanced service management software package that enables us to provide
robust reporting and incident tracking. Our software allows us to maintain service history
on every individual piece of equipment we service, which allows us to be able to provide detailed equipment
performance data to our customers. This detailed service tracking allows the system to automatically alert
the service manager and dispatchers to issues relating to repeat calls, parts stocking, response times,
first time fix ratios, and down times.
Van Stocking Levels
Security Corporation operates under the service philosophy that if all necessary parts are not maintained
on the vehicles, the equipment cannot be repaired on the initial service call. Our service manager determines
the stocking levels of each technician's vehicle, based upon the equipment he is responsible for servicing.
This philosophy increases equipment up-time and reduces the costs to maintain equipment by reducing the
number of site visits to repair equipment.
Service Dispatchers
Our service footprint is broken into small territories, which are maintained by specific service dispatch
personnel. Because the same person handles the service calls for each specific region, our dispatchers
become cognizant of equipment condition and are better able to recognize when problems arise.
